Notice of Closure & Restructuring

To the Moonlit community,

We are writing to inform you that The Moonlit Company and all MNLT subsidiaries are currently closing and restructuring. As part of this transition, we have successfully sold and transferred all current, pending, and outstanding contracts.

Making the decision to close our current operations was difficult, but this shutdown is a necessary step. It allows our team to fully focus on restructuring the company from the ground up and resolving underlying operational challenges.

We are deeply grateful for your partnership, investments, and trust in us over the course of our journey so far. We will share further updates regarding the future of Moonlit on this page as our restructuring progresses.
